7. SMS Messaging Program Terms

Program Description. Navatar Health operates SMS messaging programs including internal testing communications, business notifications, and patient engagement messaging delivered on behalf of healthcare clients. The type of messages you receive depends on the specific program you have opted in to.

Eligibility and Consent. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile phone number provided, that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian, and that you consent to receive SMS messages from Navatar Health at that number.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on the program. You may receive recurring messages based on your interactions and the specific program you have joined.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Navatar Health does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard rates will apply to every message sent and received.

Supported Carriers. Our SMS programs are supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out. You may opt out of any Navatar Health SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

How to Get Help. For help, reply HELP to any message or email info@navatarhealth.com.

Changes to the Program. Navatar Health reserves the right to modify or discontinue any SMS program at any time without notice. We are not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Privacy. Your use of our SMS programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle mobile phone numbers and SMS-related information.
